Căn cứ Quyết định số 03/2008/QĐ-BXD ngày 31/3/2008 của Bộ Xây dựng về quy định nội dung thể hiện bản vẽ, thuyết minh đối với nhiệm vụ và đồ án quy hoạch xây dựng;
Căn cứ Quy chuẩn, Tiêu chuẩn Xây dựng Việt nam;
Căn cứ Quyết định số 137/QĐ-UBND ngày 02/08/2005 của Ủy ban nhân dân Thành phố về thẩm quyền thẩm định, phê duyệt quy hoạch chi tiết xây dựng đô thị và quy hoạch xây dựng điểm dân cư trên địa bàn Thành phố;
Căn cứ Quyết định 6577/QĐ-UB-QLĐT ngày 07/12/1998 của Ủy ban nhân dân Thành phố về phê duyệt quy hoạch chung xây dựng Quận 2;
Căn cứ Quyết định 3907/QĐ-UBND ngày 29/08/2007 của Ủy ban nhân dân Thành phố về cho Công ty Cổ Phần Đầu tư Thương mại Chia Thành sử dụng đất tại phường Bình Trưng Tây, Quận 2 để đầu tư xây dựng khu nhà ở kinh doanh;
Căn cứ Quyết định số 1286/QĐ-UBND ngày 25/03/2008 của Ủy ban nhân dân Thành phố về điều chỉnh tên chủ đầu tư sử dụng đất tại Quyết định số 3907/QD-UBND ngày 29/08/2007 của Ủy ban nhân dân Thành phố thành Công ty Cổ phần Bất động sản Bình Thiên An;
Căn cứ Công văn số 9193/UBND-ĐT ngày 08/12/2006 của Ủy ban nhân dân Thành phố về dự án Khu dân cư phức hợp tại phường Bình Trưng tây của Công ty Cổ phần Đầu Tư thương mại chí thành;
Căn cứ công văn số 148/SDTCC-GTT ngày 14/03/2007 của Sở Giao thông Công chính về thỏa thuận mép bờ cao sông, rạch giáp khu đất dự án;
Căn cứ Công văn số 471/SNN.CCTL ngày 19/4/2007 của Sở Nông nghiệp và Phát triển Nông thôn về ý kiến việc xin tháo dỡ cống thủy lợi và lấp các mương rạch hiện hữu tại khu đất dự án;
Căn cứ Công văn số 3296/UBND-CNN ngày 31 /5/2007 của Ủy ban nhân dân Thành phố về việc chấp thuận cho tháo dỡ cống thủy lợi hiện hữu tại khu đất dự án;
Căn cứ Công văn số 443/SGTCC-GTT ngày 27/7/2007 của Sở Giao thông Công chính về việc xin lập bến du thuyền trên rạch Giồng Ông Tố tại khu đất dự án;
Căn cứ Công văn số 2230/CV-TĐ-KHKTVT ngày 21/8/2007 của Công ty cổ phần cấp nước thủ đức về khả năng cung cấp nước cho dự án;
Căn cứ Công văn số 491/SGTSS-CTN ngày 28/8/2007 của Sở Giao Thông Công chính về đấu nối hệ thống thoát nước của dự án;
Căn cứ Công văn số 5141/CV-ĐLTTh-KHVT ngày 11/9/2007 của Điện lực Thủ Thiêm về cấp điện cho dự án;
Căn cứ Công văn số 1002/CHK-QLHĐB ngày 11/4/2008 của Cục hàng không Việt Nam về việc thỏa thuận chiều cao công trình tại dự án;
Căn cứ Công văn số 5666/UBND-QLĐT ngày 06/9/2007 của Ủy ban nhân dân quận 2 về thỏa thuận quy hoạch chi tiết 1/500 Khu dân cư phức hợp trên khu đảo quy mô 7,9944ha tại ngã ba sông Sài Gòn và Giồng Ông Tố, phường Bình Trưng Tây, quận 2.
Căn cứ Công văn số 992/SQHKT-QHKTT ngày 22/3/2008 của Sở Quy hoạch-Kiến trúc xin ý kiến về điều chỉnh chỉ tiêu quy hoạch của dự án;
Căn cứ Công văn số 3392/UBND-ĐTMT ngày 31/5/2008 của Ủy ban nhân dân Thành phố về điều chỉnh chỉ tiêu quy hoạch dự án;
Căn cứ Công văn số 4485/UBND-QLĐT ngày 24/6/2008 của Ủy ban nhân dân quận 2 về thẩm định quy hoạch chi tiết xây dựng đô thị tỷ lệ 1/500 Khu dân sư phức hợp trên khu đảo quy mô 7,9944ha tại ngã ba sông Sài Gòn và Giồng Ông Tố, phường Bình Trưng Tây, Quận 2;
Căn cứ Kết quả thẩm định số 3883/KQTĐ-SQHKT ngày 04/11/2008 của Sở Quy hoạch – Kiến trúc về quy hoạch chi tiết xây dựng đô thị tỷ lệ 1/500 Khu dân sư phức hợp trên khu đảo quy mô 7,9944ha tại ngã ba sông Sài Gòn và Giồng Ông Tố, phường Bình Trưng Tây, Quận 2.
