สืบ นาคะเสถียร (31 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2492 - 1 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2533) เป็นนักอนุรักษ์และนักวิชาการด้านทรัพยากรธรรมชาติชาวไทย มีชื่อเสียงจาการพยายามปกป้องแก่งเชี่ยวหลานและเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าทุ่งใหญ่-ห้วยขาแข้ง และการฆ่าตัวตายเพื่อเรียกร้องให้สังคมเห็นความสำคัญของการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ
