السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
بخصوص موضوع الاجازات للسائقين الذين تم تحويلهم من شركة النجم الى شركة مسار.
أود ان احيطكم علما بأن هناك بعض السائقين لهم اكثر من سنة لم يحصل على اجازته السنوية وذلك ان النظام المتبع كان السماح بأخذ الاجازات السنوية فيما بعد شهر 6 يونيو عند انتهاء موسم الخضار.
ونظرا ان في هذا الوقت من هذا العام حصل عملية تحويل السائقين ونقل الاقامات من شركة لشركة وكانت هذه فترة انتقالية، فلم يستطع احد من السائقين الحصول على اجازتة السنوية.
وعليه هناك اقتراح خاصة قبل بدء الموسم وهو ان يتم منح السائق الذي يرغب إجازة بدون راتب لانه لم يكمل بالعمل لديكم سنة، لكنه اكمل سنة قبل التحول لديكم في شركة النجم، هذا مجرد اقتراح، حيث ان وقت الموسم يكون بعض السائقين مخصصين لمواقع لا يمكن الاستغناء عنهم.
هذا الامر يعود لادارتكم الموقرة، ومن أجل مساعدة من يرغب من السائقين الذين لم يقم بزيارة ابنائه وعائلته لاكثر من سنة.
