ระหว่าง บริษัท สินธรณี พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ จำกัด โดย นายประสงค์ ปิยะธนะศิริกุล กรรมการผู้มีอำนาจ ซึ่งต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า “ผู้ให้สัญญา” ฝ่ายหนึ่ง กับ
บริษัท วิโอล่า ดีไซน์ จำกัด โดย นางวิคตอเรีย โบชูเอว่า กรรมการผู้มีอำนาจ ซึ่งต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า “ผู้รับสัญญา” อีกฝ่ายหนึ่ง คู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายมีความประสงค์ที่จะแก้ไขข้อความในสัญญา บางประการ จึงได้ตกลงทำบันทึกข้อความแนบท้ายสัญญา โดยมีข้อความดังต่อไปนี้
อ้างถึงรายละเอียดในสัญญาเช่าพื้นที่ (สัญญาเลขที่ STP-LG-VG[FIX]-01-2557/226) ข้อ 11.6 ว่าด้วย “เมื่อครบกำหนดระยะเวลาการเช่าตามสัญญานี้หรือในกรณีที่สัญญาสิ้นสุดผลผูกพันลง หรือผู้เช่าขอยกเลิกสัญญาเช่าก่อนครบกำหนดระยะเวลาการเช่าแล้วแต่กรณี ผู้เช่าและบริวารจะต้องย้ายและขนย้ายทรัพย์สินของตนออกจากสถานที่เช่า ภายในกำหนดเวลา 15 วันนับจากวันที่สิ้นสุดสัญญาเช่าลง .....” และอ้างถึงหนังสือยกเลิกสัญญาเช่าที่ทางบริษัทได้จัดส่งเอกสารให้กับทางโครงการ Victoria Gardens ไปเมื่อวันที่ 23 สิงหาคม 2559 ที่จะมีผลสิ้นสุดในเดือนกันยายน 2559 นี้
และสืบเนื่องจากการพูดคุยกับคุณทินทุมาส เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 16 กันยายน 2559 ซึ่งได้ข้อสรุปว่าเมื่อทางบริษัทสิ้นสุดสัญญาเช่าแล้วจะไม่ทำการรื้อถอนอุปกรณ์การติดตั้งและเฟอร์นิเจอร์ซึ่งมีรายการดังต่อไปนี้ ออกจากพื้นที่เช่า

1 พื้นที่ชั้นลอย บันไดขึ้นชั้นลอยและสไลด์เลื่อนด้านข้าง
2 พื้นกระเบื้องชั้น 1 และกำแพงด้านข้าง
3 ห้องลองเสื้อผ้าทั้งสองห้อง
4 ชั้นวางสินค้าด้านข้างทั้งสองด้าน
5 ประตูเชื่อมระหว่างห้องด้านหน้าและห้องด้านหลัง

บันทึกฉบับนี้ ทำขึ้นเป็น –สองฉบับ- มีข้อความถูกต้องตรงกันทุกประการ คู่สัญญาได้อ่านและเข้าใจข้อความแห่งสัญญานี้โดยตลอด เห็นว่าถูกต้องตรงตามความประสงค์แล้ว จึงได้ลงลายมือชื่อพร้อมประทับตราสำคัญ (ถ้ามี) ไว้เป็นหลักฐานต่อหน้าพยาน
