직원들의 서비스가 매우 친절하였습니다. 같이간 친구가 핸드폰을 잃어버려서 찾느라고 체크아웃이 늦었는데, 미리 전화해서 양해를 구하니 굉장히 친절히 응대해주셨습니다. 처음 체크인 하는날에도 오전 9시인가 10시쯤 너무 일찍 도착해서 물어보니 바로들어갈 수 있는곳이 smoking room 밖에 없다, 짐을 보관하고 외출다녀오면 2시이후 입실가능하다며 친절히 안내해주셨는데. 너무 피곤해서 ㅡㅡ 바로 들어갔습니다. smoking room임에도 불구하고 냄새가 안났고, house keeping 또한 다음날 외출다녀오니 굉장히 깨끗하게 청소해주셨더라구여, 전망같은경우에는 높지않은 11층이라서 그냥그랬는데,, 저희가 선택한거라 ^^ 수영장같은경우에는 적당한 크기였던것같고, 전망은 좋다! 정도는 아니였어요, 그냥 수영하고 선배드누워서 쉬기에 좋았던곳, 헬스장,사우나도 무척좋았고,직원은 말할것도없이 엄청친절. 후기가 많이 없어서 걱정했었는데, 많이 만족스러웠어요
