A mobility pattern B =< b1, b2, . . ., bm > is a sub-pattern of another mobility pattern A =< a1, a2, . . ., an >, where ai and bj are points, written as B ⊂ A, if and only if there exists integers 1 i1 < · · · < im n such that bk = ak, for all k, where 1 k m.
