Buenas,Os escribo por el 04/12/19 compre un billete con ustedes saliendo de madrid/españa hacia Palma de Mallorca, con fecha 13/01/2020 al 14/01/2020, pero estoy revisando para hacer el check-in y no he recibido el bille electrónico, solo he recibido un mail con la siguiente imagen q les adjunto.Agradecería que me hicieran llegar el mismo si es posible, ya que el viaje es mañana.
