Os processos de inovação tecnológica ao longo de séculos, ocasionam grandes mudanças nos setores da sociedade. O setor saúde é visto com uma das áreas com grande potencial econômico, frente a produção de tecnologias de inovação. Diante desses fatores o objetivo é destacar as fundamentais mudanças ocorridas no sistema de saúde brasileiro, demostrando essa evolução por meio de um recorte temporal dos fatos históricos. Como processo metodológico, se trata de uma revisão de literatura narrativa, delineamento exploratório com abordagem qualitativa. Evidencia- se que inovação tecnológica sempre remete às organizações sociais, como a formulação de políticas públicas e principalmente, potencial econômico.

Results (English) 1:

The technological innovation processes for centuries, cause major changes in sectors of society. The health sector is seen as one of the areas with great economic potential, compared to production of innovative technologies. Given these factors the aim is to highlight the fundamental changes in the Brazilian health system, showing that evolution by means of a time frame of historical facts. As a methodological process, it is a narrative literature review, exploratory design with a qualitative approach. Evidenced that technological innovation always refers to social organizations, such as the formulation of public and mainly economic potential policies.
