Bonjour, je l'ai déjà mentionné lors d'une précédente enquête concernant votre établissement qui reste selon moi une des meilleures combinaisons qualité/prix à Bangkok. Confort, service efficace sans être obséquieux, propreté et calme des chambres. Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner proposé dans le restaurant, il est assez complet. Par contre, comme vous accueillez des groupes qui, on le comprendra aisément, se "précipitent" sur les buffets et de façon bruyante, je préfère, et de loin, réserver en catégorie supérieure (Executive?) pour bénéficier d'un espace plus cosi et calme au 29e étage du Novotel. Cela d'autant plus que je me déplace à Bangkok dans le cadre de rendez-vous plutôt professionnels.
