كشفت وزارة العمل، أن هناك ارتباط بين منح تأشيرات الاستقدام البديلة عن الخروج النهائي للمؤسسات، ووضعها في برنامج "نطاقات"، موضحة أنه يحق للمؤسسات في نطاقات البلاتيني والأخضر المرتفع والمتوسط، الحصول على تأشيرة بديلة عن كل عامل غادر المملكة نهائياً، بشرط تقديم الطلب خلال 6 أشهر من تاريخ المغادرة.
وبيّنت أن من حق مؤسسات النطاق الأخضر المنخفض، الحصول عل تأشيرة تعويضية واحدة عن كل عاملين غادرا المملكة نهائياً، على أن يتم تقديم الطلب خلال سنة من مغادرة العامل الأول، مشيرة إلى أنه لا يحق للمؤسسات في النطاقين الأصفر والأحمر الحصول على تأشيرات بديلة.
وأكدت الوزارة أنه لا يحق للشركات الحصول على تأشيرات بديلة عن الخروج والعودة أو عن بلاغات التغيب، منبهة إلى أن قواعد التأشيرات البديلة لا تنطبق على التعويض عن نقل خدمات العامل إلى مؤسسة أخرى.
