新的公司都有他自己的守則，我們身為管理層必須遵守，這是定律。
但就這存貨的事件，讓我有點失望。
會計部門今天來拿存貨，有通知我們這些管理層嗎？ 然後就要求按公司的A/B/C 如何分類？沒有任何的通知，今天到來才叫會計長跟我說今天要出存貨，我們又如何來的及準備 ?
日後總公司有任何指示我希望能早日通知我們這些管理層，讓我們有時間配合。
