As we checked with our concerned team that JasTel found the spanning-tree protocol on our Core Switch blocked port of customer’s circuit which cause the circuit down as the mentioned time.
The Action taken, JasTel disabled spanning-tree protocol of customer’s VLAN for circuit normal.
For the preventive solution, we will follow with our concerned team and revert back to you via the official report.
