- Đánh giá thực trạng QTRRTC tại các DN niêm yết phi tài chính ở Việt Nam
- Kiểm chứng mối quan hệ giữa QTRRTC và giá trị DN
- Đề xuất các khuyến nghị nhằm tăng cường công tác QTRRTC trong DN niêm yết phi tài chính ở Việt Nam.
Mục đích nghiên cứu được cụ thể bằng các câu hỏi nghiên cứu dưới đây:

-Interpretation arguments about matters financial risk and QTRRTC of DN;-Assessment of the State of QTRRTC in the listed non-financial COMPANIES in Vietnam-Verify the relationship between the QTRRTC and the value of ENTERPRISE-Propose recommendations in order to strengthen the QTRRTC of listed non-financial COMPANIES in Vietnam.The purpose of the research was specifically the study questions below:
