พนักงานในตำแหน่งต่างๆจะถูกอบรม หรือสอนงานในหัวข้อตามที่ระบุใน มาตรฐานการฝึกอบรม (SD-11) ของหน่วยงานต่างๆ แล้วลงบันทึกใน รายงานผลการฝึกอบรมด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม อาชีวอนามัย และความปลอดภัย (F-36) กรณีถ้าเป็นพนักงานของบริษัทฯ จะนำมาลงบันทึกใน ประวัติการฝึกอบรม (F-37)
