ข้อดีคือการให้สิทธิเสรีภาพในการคิดการใช้ชีวิตแต่ก็ต้องมีขอบเขต การมีเสรีภาพจึงส่งผลเสียให้คนในการปกครองที่ขาดความรู้ใช้สิทธิของตนผิดแบบโดยการไปรบกวนสิทธิของคนอื่นแต่จริงๆแล้วประชาธิปไตยทุกคนต้องเท่าเทียมกัน คือ ระบอบประชาธิปไตยมีทั้งผู้ปกครองคือตัวแทนที่ถูกเลือก และผู้ใต้ปกครองคือบุคคลที่เลือกผู้ปกครองจึงส่งผมให้ผู้ปครองเป็นคนที่มีสิทธในการตัดสินใจมากกว่าและปัญหาคือบางครั้งผู้ปกครองก็เอื้อผลประโยชน์ให้กันเอง ซึ่งทุกคนก็มีความเห็นแก้ตัวอยู่แล้วและกฏหมายได้เปิดโอกาสให้คนทำลายชีวิตคนอื่นได้ง่ายขึ้น
