- Bất kỳ sự thay đổi hoặc sửa chữa nào phải được thương lượng, làm thành văn bản ký tên đóng dấu của người có thẩm quyền hoặc được sự đồng ý của hai bên.
- Bất kỳ sự tranh chấp nào phát sinh từ hợp đồng này được giải quyết một cách hữu nghị giữa hai bên. Nếu có tranh chấp nào giữa hai bên không thể giải quyết được sẽ được đưa ra trọng tài kinh tế Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh giải quyết. Quyết định trọng tài có giá trị chung thẩm và rang buộc hai bên. Phí trọng tài do bên thua chịu.
