Every 24 hours of incubation, two eggs were collected,
identified, evaluated in an egg scope for identifying
embryos, weighed, then opened. Eggs’ opening
was performed in the apical region of the same tube.
The eggshell was carefully broken and the opening
was enlarged using a dissection forceps to allow complete
visualization of the air chamber. After this procedure,
the yolk sac was excised and the embryos were
identified, weighed, measured, and fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde.
It is noteworthy that the embryos were
divided into groups according to the day (time of
development).

Setiap 24 jam inkubasi, dua telur dikumpulkan,
diidentifikasi, dievaluasi dalam lingkup telur untuk mengidentifikasi
embrio, ditimbang, kemudian dibuka. Pembukaan telur '
dilakukan di daerah apikal dari tabung yang sama.
Cangkang itu dengan hati-hati rusak dan pembukaan
diperbesar menggunakan diseksi tang untuk memungkinkan lengkap
visualisasi ruang udara. Setelah prosedur ini,
kuning telur itu dipotong dan embrio
diidentifikasi, ditimbang, diukur, dan tetap di 4% paraformaldehyde.
