เมื่อวันที่ 29 ธันวาคม 2556 ถึงวันที่ 2 มกราคม 2557 ทางบริษัทฯ ตรวจพบว่า นายอำพร วงษ์หาแก้ว รหัสพนักงาน 832 ตำแหน่งหัวหน้าแผนกผลิต – ไชยะบุรี ได้พาบุคคลภายนอกที่ไม่ใช่พนักงานของบริษัทฯ เข้าไปในพักอาศัยในอาคารที่พักอาศัยของพนักงานโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต และเมื่อวันที่ 2 มกราคม 2557 ท่านยังนำรถ Toyota Vigo หมายเลขทะเบียน กำแพงนคร 1168 ของบริษัทฯ ไปใช้ตั้งแต่เวลา 14.00 น. ถึงเวลา 17.00 น. ซึ่งเป็นเวลาทำงานโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

การกระทำดังกล่าวข้างต้น ทางบริษัทถือว่าท่านได้กระทำผิดต่อข้อบังคับการทำงานดังนี้

3. หมวดที่ 9 วินัยและโทษทางวินัย ข้อ 9.3.7 การใช้และการระวังรักษาทรัพย์สินของบริษัท (2) พนักงานต้องไม่นำอุปกรณ์ทรัพย์สินของบริษัทไปใช้นอกเหนือจากการทำงานให้แก่บริษัท
