Job Scope:
Responsible for client service expectations are being met through an effective communication and identify and report operation problems in products of work, and to recommend and provide solutions to problems identified.
Monitor all of Transportation Routes
Responsible for drive continuous improvement in the managed contract and all key ratios that customer service requirements are met within budgets agree.
Manage the operations generally, ensuring that current project objectives are achieved through subordinate managers within budgeted costs to meet profit targets, whilst maintaining satisfactory service to customers.
Operational Control: Thorough planning and organizing of the work and management careful monitoring of all resources and progress to achieve budgeting results.
Prepare and submit operating budgets and financial analysis report and ensure that agreed objectives for margin are achieved core business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree of Logistics or related fields
Thai Nationality, Age 35-50 years old
10 years of working experience in transportation & logistics from logistics provider business
Management Experience more 5 years
SAP or ERP Experience
Good command of English
Flexible for visiting sites
