§ 10. ØKONOMI - TEGNINGS REGLER

Regnskabsåret løber fra 1. januar til 31. december.

Kassereren er ansvarlig for at klubbens regnskaber føres omhyggeligt, specificeret og med nøje kontrol med klubbens aktiver og passiver. Den kontante beholdning må på intet tidspunkt overstige 2.000,00 kroner. Klubbens midler skal indsættes på bankbog og/eller girokonto. Regnskabsåret følger kalenderåret. Den valgte revisor har på ethvert tidspunkt ret til at kræve regnskaber, bilag og kassebeholdning forevist og gennemgået. Formanden og Kassereren tegner foreningen økonomisk i fællesskab, ved beløb under 2.500 kr. dog kun ved kassererens underskrift. Regnskabet skal forelægges revisoren til gennemgang og godkendelse inden 1. marts. Det af bestyrelsen og revisor underskrevet regnskab forelægges til godkendelse på den ordinære generalforsamling. Foreningen forpligtes ved sin underskrift af bestyrelsesformand og kasserer i foreningen. Bestyrelsen kan godkende, at formand og kasserer kan råde over dankort og netbank til foreningens bank-/giro konti hver for sig. Forening hæfter kun for sine forpligtelser med den af foreningen til en hver tid tilhørende formue. Der påhviler ikke foreningens medlemmer eller bestyrelse nogen personlig hæftelse.



§ 11. KARANTÆNE OG/ELLER EKSKLUSION M.V.

Bestyrelsen kan ved 2/3 flertal idømme et medlem karantæne, i særlige tilfælde eksklusion, såfremt det pågældende medlem skønnes at have skadet klubbens navn og/eller interesser ind og/eller eksternt. En sådan afgørelse kan inden for en måned ankes for en ekstraordinær generalforsamling, såfremt 25 medlemmer skriftligt kræver dette, eller den kan ankes til den førstkommende ordinære generalforsamling.

Dersom et af klubbens medlemmer påfører klubben en udgift i form af en af ØBTU eller DBTU udstedt bøde, har bestyrelsen mulighed for at idømme det pågældende medlem en bøde på maksimalt det pågældende beløb.
