Trách nhiệm của Người được ủy quyền: Người được ủy quyền có trách nhiệm thực hiện đúng công việc trong phạm vi ủy quyền, chịu trách nhiệm trước Tổng Giám đốc và trước pháp luật khi thực hiện công việc theo ủy quyền nêu tại khoản 3 và không được ủy quyền lại cho người khác nếu không có sự chấp thuận bằng văn bản của Tổng Giám đốc
