Ban Tổng Giám đốc đảm bảo chức năng

Ban Tổng Giám đốc đảm bảo chức năng, nhiệm vụ, trách nhiệm, quyền hạn và mối quan hệ giữa các phòng ban đều được xác định rõ ràng và được thông báo trong toàn công ty.
Qui định về trách nhiệm và quyền hạn của Ban Tổng Giám đốc, trưởng các phòng ban và các vị trí công tác trong công ty được xác định cụ thể trong bản “cơ cấu tổ chức và quy định về chức năng, nhiệm vụ, trách nhiệm và quyền hạn của các phòng ban”.
Ngoài ra, trách nhiệm và quyền hạn của cán bộ nhân viên đều được qui định cụ thể, chi tiết trong các bản mô tả công việc, cũng như trong từng qui trình hoặc hướng dẫn công việc có liên quan.
