คำนำ
แฟ้มสะสมผลงาน เป็นการเก็บรวบรวมผลงานที่ผู้จัดทำเห็นว่าสมควรที่จะได้รับการรวบรวมข้อมูลการเรียนและการปฎิบัติงานไว้อย่างมีระบบและสามารถใช้ประกอบการประเมิณคุณภาพ การปฎิบัติงานว่ามีประสิทธิภาพมากน้อยเพียงใด
การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในแฟ้มสะสมผลงานนี้จึงเป็นการรวบรวมผลการเรียน วิธีการและประสบการณ์ในการปฎิบัติงาน รางวัลที่เคยได้รับ การเข้าร่วมฝึกอบรม การศึกษาดูงาน การทำกิจกรรมต่างๆ อีกทั้งเพื่อให้ผู้จัดทำแฟ้มสะสมงานสามารถประเมินผลการปฎิบัติงานของตนเองตามสภาพที่แท้จริง และนำไปสู่การพัฒนางานของตนเองให้ดีขึ้นในอนาคต
ดังนั้น ข้าพเจ้าจึงได้จัดทำแฟ้มสะสมงานนี้ขึ้น เพื่อเป็นการเก็บรวบรวมผลงานของตนเองตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน และเพื่อเป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานที่จะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาตนเองในอนาคตอีกด้วย
