บทคัดย่อ
ในปัจจุบันข้าวต้มมัดใบเริ่มหมดไปพร้อมกับวัฒนธรรมที่เสื่อมถอยเนื่องจากคนในปัจจุบันได้นำเอาวันธรรมตะวันตกเข้ามาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของชีวิตประจำวัน ซึ่งจะทำให้ลืมวัฒนธรรมต่างๆรวมทั้งวิธีการทำข้าวต้มมัดและเพื่อเป็นการอนุรักษ์วิธีการทำข้าวต้มมัดพวกเราจึงจัดทำโครงงานเล่มนี้ขึ้นเพื่อศึกษาค้นคว้าสูตร และวิธีการทำข้าวต้มมัดซึ่งเป็นขนมไทยชนิดหนึ่งและได้รวบรวมไว้ในโครงงานเล่มนี้ เพื่อให้บุคคลที่สนใจได้ศึกษาและเป็นแนวทางต่อไป
