2. พฤติกรรมบริการของพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของผู้รับบริการเพศชายดีกว่าเพศหญิง
3. พฤติกรรมบริการของพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของผู้รับบริการกลุ่มอายุมากกว่า 60 ปี ดีกว่าทุกกลุ่มอายุ (M = 3.00, SD = 0.00)
