Отличительная особенность и цель деятельности ВТО — создание международных правил торговли и дисциплинарных мер для обеспечения условий свободной международной торговли, основанной на взаимовыгодных условиях, открытости и равноправия членов сообщества. В системе ВТО принят режим наибольшего благоприятствования в торговле, согласно которому участники обязаны обеспечивать друг другу одинаково благоприятные условия, а также национальный режим, который предполагает одинаковое отношение к иностранным и национальным компаниям. The original basis for the integration of trade and economic ties of the country is the openness of the economy and trade liberalization.
