Ta thấy rằng, khách ngoài tỉnh tới đây nhiều hơn hẳn so với khách địa phương. Trong tỉnh có 72 người chiếm 45%, trong khi đó khách ngoài tỉnh là 88 người chiếm 55%. Điều này cũng dễ hiểu bởi khách ngoại tỉnh tới đây thường đi theo đoàn, số lượng đông nên được chiết khấu cao hơn khách trong vùng.

4.3 Làm sạch dữ liệu

Dữ liệu sau khi thu thập được tác giả thiết kế, mã hóa và nhập liệu thông qua công cụ phần mềm SPSS , sau đó tiến hành làm sạch. Theo đó, việc phân tích số liệu sẽ giúp tác giả đưa ra những thông tin chính xác có độ tin cậy cao.

Phương pháp thực hiện: sử dụng bảng tần số để rà soát lại tất cả các biến quan sát nhằm tìm ra các biến có thông tin bị sai lệch hay thiếu sót bằng công cụ phần mềm SPSS.
