Concluding RemarksIn conclusion, our research provided some valuable contributions to the study of the links betweenleadership and individual innovation in health care. The current study expands upon previous studies onself-leadership by demonstrating that self-leadership differs between individuals, and that it is a keycomponent for professionals to engage in individual innovation when used as a complete andcomplementary set of strategies. Academics and professionals may benefit from this work as it leads tohelpful insights on health care quality of life. Specifically, the development of research towards theunderstanding of the relationship between self-leadership and individual innovation in the work placemay lead to improvements regarding health care quality of life through the use of adequate humanresources practices.
