• The Lessee fully understands that

• The Lessee fully understands that he must enter into the Lease Agreement and
Service Agreement within 45 days from the date of execution of this Space Reservation Agreement. In the Lessee fails to enter into any of these Agreements the Lessee agrees that the Lessor shall be entitled to immediate forfeiture, without notice, of the entire amount paid by the Lessee in accordance with this Space Reservation Agreement.
