1.) วันทำงานปกติ เวลาที่ทำงานนอกหรือเกินเวลาทำงานปกติ จะได้รับค่าล่วงเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 1.5 เท่า ของอัตราค่าจ้างต่อชั่วโมงในวันทำงานตามจำนวนชั่วโมงที่ทำ (โดยไม่นำเวลาพักมาคิดคำนวณ)หรือไม่น้อยกว่า 1.5 เท่าของอัตราค่าจ้างต่อหน่วยในวันทำงานตามจำนวนผลงานที่ทำได้ สำหรับพนักงานซึ่งได้รับค่าจ้างตามผลงานโดยคำนวณเป็นหน่วย
