Ich habe eine 3 1/2 Zimmer Wohnung. Wenn Du in die Schweiz kommst, könntest du vorerst bei mir einziehen, bis Du ein geeignetes Objekt gefunden hast. Soviel ich weiss, steht eine 4 Zimmerwohnung im gleichen Haus zum Verkauf. Nur der Preis müsste man noch runterbringen. Das wäre doch Ideal. Was denkst Du? Wieviel könntest Du investieren? Der Hypotheken Zins ist im Moment sehr tief. So um 1.5%. Ich denke mit 400.000 müsstest Du rechnen.
