Ban Tổng Giám đốc sử dụng các hình thức thông tin như: họp giao ban định kỳ, các bản thông báo, báo cáo, phiếu yêu cầu, điện thoại, mạng nội bộ, gặp gỡ trao đổi trực tiếp hoặc góp ý qua hòm thư… để truyền đạt và tiếp nhận các thông tin phục vụ cho công tác điều hành và cải tiến các hoạt động của hệ thống quản lý chất lượng.
Cán bộ nhân viên được khuyến khích đóng góp ý kiến cho Ban Tổng Giám đốc tại các cuộc họp, các kỳ đại hội cán bộ nhân viên, họp tổng kết cuối năm hoặc bất cứ lúc nào cần thiết.
Ngoài ra, hình thức trao đổi thông tin nội bộ còn được thể hiện cụ thể, chi tiết thông qua các luồng chuyển giao công việc trong mỗi thủ tục hoặc quy trình thuộc hệ thống quản lý chất lượng.
