1.คืนสินค้าจากห้าง เนื่องเกิดจากสินค้าไม่อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมขาย เช่น บรรจุภัณฑ์เสียหาย หล่น แตกหรือมีตำหนิ ทางบริษัทจะสนับสนุนเป็น 30% ของมูลค่าที่ขายสินค้าดังกล่าวให้กับผู้ซื้อ
2.คืนสินค้าจากห้าง เนื่องเกิดจากสินค้าไม่มีการเคลื่อนไหวของการขายเป็นระยะเวลานานตามกำหนดห้าง หรือสินค้าใกล้หรือหมดอายุ ทางบริษัทจะสนับสนุนเป็น 50% ของมูลค่าที่ขายสินค้าดังกล่าวให้กับผู้ซื้อ
