5 ใบอนุญาตทำงานซ่อมธรรมดา (Cold Work Permit )
เป็นใบอนุญาตใช้สำหรับทำงานธรรมดาทั่วไป เช่น งานบริการงานก่อสร้าง งานซ่อมเครื่องจักรเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ เป็นต้น รวมทั้งงานตรวจสอบ โดยที่งานนั้นจะต้องไม่มีการก่อให้เกิดเปลวไฟหรือความร้อนและประกายไฟ ถ้ามีการขุดเจาะจะต้องได้รับอนุญาตทำงานร้อนและถ้าต้องเข้าไปในที่อับอากาศ ต้องได้รับใบอนุญาตเข้าที่อับอากาศเสมอ บริเวณที่ยกเว้นไม่ต้องใช้ใบอนุญาตทำงานธรรมดามีดังนี้
5.1 บริเวณตึกอำนวยการ หรือ สำนักงานและศูนย์ซ่อมบำรุง
5.2 ภายในห้องทำงาน หรือห้องเก็บของที่อยู่นอกบริเวณหวงห้าม
5.3 บริเวณห้องเก็บเครื่องมือในบริเวณทำการติดตั้งหรือก่อสร้าง อุปกรณ์ หรือสิ่งก่อสร้างใหม่
ซึ่งฝ่ายจัดการหรือคณะกรรมการความปลอดภัยฯ ได้ประกาศให้เป็นเขตปลอดใบอนุญาต
6. ใบอนุญาตทำความร้อน (Hot Work Permit )
เป็นใบอนุญาตทำงานที่ต้องใช้ หรือก่อให้เกิดเปลวไฟ หรือความร้อน และประกายไฟ ได้แก่งานเกี่ยวกับสิ่งต่อไปนี้คือ
6.1 การตัด และเชื่อมด้วยก๊าซ หรือไฟฟ้า
6.2 อุปกรณ์ที่ต้องใช้ความร้อน และอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า
6.3 การใช้เครื่องมือ หรืออุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดประกายไฟอันอาจจะทำให้ไอน้ำมัน
หรือก๊าชไวไฟเกิดการลุกไหม้ขึ้นได้
6.4 การปฏิบัติงานที่ต้องใช้เครื่องขัด หรือหินเจียร และงานอื่นๆที่ทำให้เกิดประกายไฟได้
