จ. พนักงานซึ่งทำงานติดต่อกันครบสิบปีขึ้นไป ให้จ่ายไม่น้อยกว่าค่าจ้างอัตราสุดท้ายสามร้อยวัน หรือไม่น้อยกว่าค่าจ้างของการทำงานสามร้อยวันสุดท้าย สำหรับพนักงานซึ่งได้รับค่าจ้างตามผลงานโดยคำนวณเป็นหน่วย
