Oxfam in Vietnam is looking for consultancy service to conduct: (i) the study on Agribusiness overview in Vietnam and (ii) donor mapping for Oxfam’s private sector engagement program.The research is “Investment for Agribusiness and small scale farmers: Actualities, Effectiveness, Impacts & Recommendations”(GROW campaign research)The purpose of this research is (i) review existing policies for agriculture and actualities of agriculture investment including investment mechanism, (ii) analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of the investment, (iii) analysis the impacts to small scale farmers/producers and (iv) recommend realistic solutions for improving the state governance and rights and benefits for small scale farmers/producers. This research that is managed and coordinated by GROW campaign team will contribute to the analysis of the impact of policy and investment actualities in Agribusiness landscape in development strategies of the donors.The Proposal should be specified in terms of:Introduction of the Consultants’ profile and related experienceTechnical methodology to achieve the study objectives within expected time frame.Specific study scheduleStudy personnel including team structure and allocation (with CVs)Breakdown financial proposalSupporting documents to prove the knowledge, skills and experience of Consultant(s) that relate/ similar to the assignment (i.e reports, research articles)The deadline to receive the proposal: No later than 5 PM Nov. 10, 2015.
