เมื่อข้าพเจ้าลองมองย้อนกลับไป จากประสบการณ์ปัญหาที่ข้าพเจ้าได้พบเจอทำให้ได้รู้ว่า หลังจากที่ข้าพเจ้ารวบรวบคนเเล้ว จากนั้นต้องให้ทุกคนมาระดมความคิด เพื่อที่จะให้มีปฏิสัมพันธ์ซึ่งกันเเละกัน ตลอดจน เเสดงความคิดเห็นเเละจุดยืนของตัวเอง ข้าพเจ้าในฐานะหัวหน้ากลุ่มก็ต้องคอยที่จะประสานความสัมพันธ์ที่มี เเละให้ทุกคนเข้าใจว่าทุกคนมีความเเตกต่างกันได้ทางความคิดเเต่เราจะไม่เเตกเเยก ปัญหาอีกอย่างที่ได้พบคือไม่มีจุดมุ่งหมายร่วมกัน หลังจากที่ระดบความคิดเเล้วต้องมีการกำหนดบรรทัดฐานของทีม เพื่อให้ทุกคนได้ปฏิบัติตามกฎ ไม่ออกนอกลู่นอกทาง
