PT Elnusa Fabrikasi Konstruksi adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa OCTG dan Konstruksi minyak & gas. Sampai saat ini PT Elnusa Fabrikasi Konstruksi belum menerapkan metode penjadwalan yang baik padahal metode penjadwalan sangat penting dilakukan untuk mengetahui waktu penyelesaian proyek yang optimal sehingga tidak mengalami keterlambatan. Dengan mengetahui penjadwalan yang optimal, maka perusahaan dapat terhindar dari keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek dan pinalti akan keterlambatannya terhadap pelanggan dan meningkatkan keuntungan perusahaan. Selain itu, dengan mengetahui penjadwalan yang optimal maka dapat diketahui durasi penyelesaian pekerjaan dalam proyek yang akan dilaksanakan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan proyek penjadwalan level metering platform. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah merencakanan penjadwalan ulang proyek Level metering platform dan menghitung durasi penyelesaian pekerjaan dengan menggunakan metode PERT. Setelah dilakukan penjadwalan proyek diketahui proyek yang akan dimulai pada 14 Mei 2016 dan berakhir pada 13 Agustus 2016 mempunyai 90 hari kerja efektif dan proyek dapat selesai dalam waktu 84,33 hari dengan tingkat keberhasilan penyelesaian pekerjaan sebesar 99,96 %.
