При наличии обстоятельств, препятствующих своевременному ответу на ходатайство о реадмиссии, срок ответа на основании обоснованного запроса Компетентного органа Запрашиваемого государства продлевается до 30 (тридцати) календарных дней.

If circumstances hindering the timely reply to the readmission application, the deadline for a response based on justified request of the competent authority of the requested State shall be extended up to 30 (thirty) calendar days.

If there are circumstances that prevent the timely response to the readmission application, response time upon reasonable request to the competent authority of the requested State is extended to thirty (30) calendar days.

Results (English) 3:

when there are obstacles to the timely reply to the application for readmission, time response on the basis of the reasonable request the competent authority of the requested state shall be extended until 30 (thirty) days.
