2-المادة الرابعة، إضافة نقطة خامسة (إذا كان العقار الممول للإستخدام التجاري للشخص طالب التمويل).
3-إضافة مادة/مواد متعلقة بتعثر العميل وآلية بيع العقار وكذلك المستندات والشروط المفترض إستيفائها/إتباعها في مثل هذه الحالات.
