Bất kỳ tranh chấp nào phát sinh từ hoặc liên quan đến Hợp đồng Thuê này mà không giải quyết được bằng thỏa thuận hữu nghị, sẽ được giải quyết bằng trọng tài tại Trung Tâm Trọng Tài Quốc Tế Việt Nam (VIAC) – TP. Hồ Chí Minh theo Quy tắc tố tụng trọng tài của Trung tâm này, và quyết định của VIAC tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh sẽ chung quyết và ràng buộc Các Bên.

Results (English) 1:

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Rental contract that is not resolved by the friendship agreement, will be settled by arbitration at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC)-Ho Chi Minh City under the rules of arbitration proceedings this Center, and the decision of the Ho Chi Minh City Ho Chi Minh VIAC will collectively decide and bind the parties.

Results (English) 2:

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this rental contract without settlement by friendly agreement, shall be settled by arbitration at the International Arbitration Centre of Vietnam (VIAC) - TP. Ho Chi Minh City under the arbitration rules of the Center, and the decision of the City VIAC. Ho Chi Minh will be final and binding on the Parties.
