Advancement of Female Talent: Initiative established to ensure gender balance at all levels of the organization to better position the organization to meet and exceed the needs of our global female guests/ customers.
Global Diversity & Inclusion Training: Initiative established to equip all leaders with foundational knowledge of how Starwood defines Diversity & Inclusion, its value to the organization, and now it can be leveraged as a skill set to further drive business results within their teams, functions, regions, and divisions.
We Are Starwood Campaign: Initiative established to better position Starwood to attract diverse talent, suppliers, owners, guests, and customers and to formally communicate company-wide Starwood strives to create an environment where all can thrive and reach their greatest potential regardless of their differences.
