Labdien, student!

Lietotāju atbalsta centrs informē, ka, sakarā ar izmaiņām RTU e-pastu piešķiršanas politikā, Tavs "[e-mail]" e-pasts tiks slēgts ar š.g. 1. septembri.
Esošā e-pasta vietā piedāvājam Tev jaunu e-pasta pakalpojumu - Exchange Online, kas tiek nodrošināts kā daļa no Office 365 pakalpojumu pakas. Piesakoties jaunajam pakalpojumam Tava e-pasta adrese saglabājas analoga esošajai, tikai ar citu domēnu - "[e-mail]". Jaunajam e-pastam vari pieteikties ORTUS sadaļā "Profils".

Lai saglabātu esošā "[e-mail]" e-pasta vēstules, tos nepieciešams pārnest uz jauno "[e-mail]" e-pasta kontu. Tev būs nepieciešams Microsoft Outlook.
To iespējams veikt šādi:

1. ORTUS sadaļā "Profils" piesakies Office 365 pakalpojumiem, izvēloties ar Exchange Online un Office 365 ProPlus (Desktop) opciju;
2. Pieslēdzies Office 365 kontam, lejupielādē un uzstādi Microsoft Outlook uz sava datora;
3. Pievieno Microsoft Outlook programmā savu "[e-mail]" e-pastu;
4. Pievieno Microsoft Outlook programmā savu "[e-mail]" e-pastu;
5. "Pārvelc" e-pasta mapi no vecā uz jauno kontu.
Esam sagatavojuši arī video pamācību konta izveidošanai un vēstuļu pārkopēšanai. Tā pieejama šeit.

Ja tomēr vēlies turpmāk izmantot privāto e-pastu, iesakām ORTUS sadaļā "Profils" pie kontaktinformācijas norādīt aktuālo e-pasta adresi, lai mācībspēki var ar Tevi sazināties.
