สัญญานี้ทำขึ้นระหว่าง บริษัท พะงันบุรี จำกัด โดย นางวรรณี ไทยพานิช กรรมการผู้มีอำนาจ สำนักงานตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 120/1 หมู่ที่ 6 ตำบลบ้านใต้ อำเภอเกาะพะงัน จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้จะเรียกว่า “ผู้ให้เช่า” ฝ่ายหนึ่ง กับ นายไอลาน โลกาซี และ นายเมนาเฮม โมเช่ ซอลเซอร์ ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้จะเรียกว่า “ผู้เช่า” อีกฝ่ายหนึ่ง
โดยที่ผู้เช่าประสงค์จะเช่ากิจการโรงแรมจากผู้ให้เช่า
คู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายจึงได้ตกลงทำสัญญาเช่ากัน มีข้อความดังต่อไปนี้
ข้อ 1. ทรัพย์ที่เช่า
ผู้ให้เช่าเป็นเจ้าของกิจการโรงแรม ชื่อ บุรี บีช รีสอร์ท ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้จะเรียกว่า “โรงแรม” ซึ่งตั้งอยู่บน น.ส.3ก เลขที่ 1250 เลขที่ดิน 183 ตำบลบ้านใต้ อำเภอเกาะพะงัน จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี

ข้อ 2. ระยะเวลาการเช่า
คู่สัญญาตกลงทำสัญญาเช่ามีกำหนดระยะเวลา 5 ปี นับตั้งแต่ วันที่........................ ถึงวันที่........................
ข้อ 3. ค่าเช่าและการชำระค่าเช่า
