Hocking Stuart agents David Wood and Kendall Bares could hardly forget their sale of 403 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne, the yellow door house belonging to brothers Mike and Andrew Jones’ on TV show The Block.

The subject of spirited bidding under the hand of auctioneer Andrew Stuart, the famous house got even more attention when infamous entrepreneur Danny Wallis (owner of failed company Energy Watch) turned up with spokemodels and made a winning bid of $1.4 million.
