酒店位置不错，客房也满舒适，只是当天在一楼SPG柜台check-in时间过长，前台人员严重的训练不足，完全搞不清楚我订的房型是什么，还要我再三提醒，差劲！跟40楼行政楼层的服务人员比较相差太远了，40楼的服务亲切又专业。
