Good morning.
Now, FALP issues forecast everyweek.
However, if they output the forecast every week,
problem will be happened.

Reason is wire order amount is effected of WH arrangement from Japan.
Therefore, I found the timming which there is less effect from WH
arrangement from Japan.

Then, FALP would like to submit their forecast twice a month and
the timming below.

Working day 5 days first date of the month.
Working day 5 days last of the month (about 25th).
