Ο Πρόεδρος της Τακτικής Γενικής Συνέλευσης και Πρόεδρος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου, έλαβε το λόγο τοποθετούμενος επί του θέματος ημερησίας διάταξης . Ο κ. Παπαδοπουλοσ εξήγησε εκτενώς στους μετόχους το σημαντικό πρόβλημα που προκύπτει στην εταιρεία σε ότι αφορά την εναρμόνιση των λογιστικών της με τη νέα φορολογική νομοθεσία, που αναφέρεται στην αποδοχή τιμολογίων που προέρχονται από προμηθευτές που εδρεύουν σε off – shore περιοχές . Oι συγκεκριμένες περιοχές κατά τις ελληνικές φορολογικές αρχές κρίνονται φορολογικοί παράδεισοι και αντιμετωπίζονται με καχυποψία και απόρριψη , ιδιαίτερα στην παρούσα συγκυρία της οικονομικής κρίσης που βιώνει η Ελλάδα .
