クライアント側からの取得要求を受け付け、DBのシナリオテーブルから個別シナリオデータを作成し送信する。
クライアントからの指定可能なパラメータ（GETパラメータ）は、教科、学年、クラス、学籍番号であり、そのうち、教科が必須のパラメータとする。
※教科のみの場合は、教科の全生徒分の情報がクライアントに渡される。
