we would like to move his employment out of the BTHR entity; the initial discussion was to change his employer entity ASAP so he can commence liaising for the company on the Cuba project.
After his resignation date takes effect (end of March, I was informed), Pancho will remain in Phuket for a period of time and while there, the company is looking at tapping him as a resource for ad-hoc assignments. The arrangement is going to be on project basis, and I need your advice on what type of contract, and which non-BTHR entity it should logically be issued from. My understanding is that his time on these projects is on part-time basis. He does not require the company to sponsor work visas. This arrangement should allow him to continue with below and similar projects:
- continue with assistance on Cuba project as needed
- tapped for ad-hoc dive in assignments for a limited period in hotel or non-hotel projects.
